Fostering Agri Innovators: Venvedhs Incubation and Funding Program

Venvedh Group is set to incubate and fund competent companies/individuals driving agricultural industry advancements through new technologies. Startups seeking integrated incubation support, including mentoring, technical assistance, domain expertise, marketing, and networking, are encouraged to apply.

 

Selected startups with minimum viable products (MVPs) showcasing innovative solutions, processes, products, or business models in agriculture and allied sectors may receive grant-in-aid ranging from Rs. 25 lakh to 5 crores, subject to final selection by Venvedh Group.

Our Objectives:

  • Provide timely seed support to deserving incubates.

  • Facilitate the translation of MVP to marketable stage and scale up the product and business.

  • Offer a platform for faster experimentation and modification of innovative solutions, processes, products, services, and business models for scaling up.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Funding eligibility based on consistent performance evaluated by Venvedh Group.

  • Applicant must be a registered legal entity in India.

Pattern of Funding Support and Release of Funds

  • The first instalment of 40 % based on work

  • The second instalment of 40% based on work

  • The third instalment of 20% once completed.

Broad Activities to be supported under Seed Stage Funding

Expenses for the following broad activities would be supported under this programme:

  • Product refinement, testing, trials, and marketing launch.

  • Expenses on data generation and acquisition for IT and AI-focused ideas.

  • Fees for IP issues and one-time technology licensing.

  • Manpower for day-to-day operations

  • Day-to-day operational expenses, including electricity bills and incubation charges

  • Any other necessary area/activity recommended by Venvedh Group
